Selim Suhan SEÇKİN

Following Robert College High School Mr. Seçkin completed his higher education at Boğaziçi University Business School. He began his career at IBM-Amsterdam and then returned home to become the co-founder of a brokerage house operating in Borsa Istanbul where he served as general manager for 10 years and as a member of the board of directors for 15 years. This span of time enabled Mr. Seçkin to examine the BIST companies in depth and focused on financial analysis.

Mr. Seçkin is the holder of corporate governance rating and credit rating licenses. He was born on 1959 and has two children.

Ali PERŞEMBE

Following Robert College High School Mr. Perşembe completed his higher education at University of Central Florida (USA). He started his professional life at Cimo Commodities S.A. in Switzerland and after serving at Sucden UK Ltd. which is one of UK’s major brokerage houses, he has set up Fumar in 1985, Turkey’s first futures and options brokerage firm.

He continued his career at Dow Jones as the Marketing Director responsible of in Southeast Europe, Middle East and Africa. He returned to Turkey in 1997 and has begun to provide advisory services on asset management, investment strategies and investment psychology. Mr. Perşembe is a well-known educator in Turkey on futures, options and technical analysis. He also has given Technical Analysis and Derivatives Market trainings to almost all of the banks and brokerage houses in the sector as well as individual investors.

In addition, Mr. Perşembe is a lecturer at Bilgi University and a columnist on Dünya daily. He is the author of Technical Analysis consisting of four volumes and the translator of 7 finance classics to Turkish. He has been realizing the country’s first and only investment and pension funds ratings since the year 2000.

Mr. Perşembe was born on 1960 and has two children.

Dr. Seyit Mehmet İNHAN

Mr. İnhan received a BSc degree at Bogaziçi University Faculty of Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Department in 1980, an MA degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1984 and a PhD degree from the Vienna University of Technology, Planning and Mathematical Economics department in 1990.

After working for two years at the OPEC Fund for International Development in Vienna he returned to Turkey  as Director of Investments at the STFA Holding Planning Department. Mr. İnhan continued his career as executive in various industries including corporate training and consultancy, industrial automation, IT, e-commerce and finance. Mr. İnhan is a part-time lecturer at the Bogaziçi University Economics Department.

Mr. İnhan is a member of the Board of Directors of SAHA and holder of corporate governance rating and credit rating licenses.

Mehmet Metin TOSUN

After graduating from Robert College in 1976, Mr. Tosun received a BSc degree from Boğaziçi University School of Business in 1981. He continued his professional career at Arthur Andersen, provided auditing services to banks and financial institutions, and served as CFO at companies Gima and Electroworld. He is the member of SAHA A.Ş. Board of Directors since 2014. Mr. Tosun is the holder of corporate governance rating and credit rating licenses. He was born on 1957 and is a father of one.

Tuba ALTUNTAŞ (Analyst)

Tuba Altuntaş graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in 2004. Following her graduation she started her career at Omsan Logistics Inc. Finance Department. In 2021, she quit Omsan as a Finance Manager and joined SAHA.

Tuba Altuntaş is a Capital Markets Board licenced analyst in corporate governance ratings, credit ratings and derivative financial instruments as well as holding a chartered accountancy licence.

Tuba Altuntaş is married and has one child.

Serhat KARAKUŞ (Analyst)

Serhat Karakuş graduated from Hitit University, Economics Department in 2013.  In 2014, he joined Vakıf Emeklilik A.Ş., a private pension company, affiliate of Vakıfbank as a private pensions consultant. Serhat Karakuş holds the Credit Rating, Corporate Governance Rating, Derivative Instruments and Capital Market Activities Advanced Level licences from the Capital Markets Board. In 2015 he joined SAHA where he has been working as a credit rating and corporate governance rating analyst.

Nareg TOROS (Analyst)

Ms. Toros graduated from the Anadolu University International Relations Faculty. Since 2006 she is a staff member at Saha Ratings. In 2017, Ms. Toros obtained the corporate governance and credit rating analyst certifications from the Capital Markets Board and has been working as a rating anayst since. She speaks English and German.
