Selim Sühan SEÇKİN (Chairman of the Board)

Following Robert College High School Mr. Seçkin completed his higher education at Boğaziçi University Business School. He began his career at IBM-Amsterdam and then returned home to become the co-founder of a brokerage house operating in Borsa Istanbul where he served as general manager for 10 years and as a member of the board of directors for 15 years. This span of time enabled Mr. Seçkin to examine the BIST companies in depth and focused on financial analysis.

Mr. Seçkin is the holder of corporate governance rating and credit rating licenses. He was born on 1959 and has two children.

Ali PERŞEMBE (Vice-Chairman)Following Robert College High School Mr. Perşembe completed his higher education at University of Central Florida (USA). He started his professional life at Cimo Commodities S.A. in Switzerland and after serving at Sucden UK Ltd. which is one of UK’s major brokerage houses, he has set up Fumar in 1985, Turkey’s first futures and options brokerage firm.

He continued his career at Dow Jones as the Marketing Director responsible of in Southeast Europe, Middle East and Africa. He returned to Turkey in 1997 and has begun to provide advisory services on asset management, investment strategies and investment psychology. Mr. Perşembe is a well-known educator in Turkey on futures, options and technical analysis. He also has given Technical Analysis and Derivatives Market trainings to almost all of the banks and brokerage houses in the sector as well as individual investors.

In addition, Mr. Perşembe is a lecturer at Bilgi University and a columnist on Dünya daily. He is the author of Technical Analysis consisting of four volumes and the translator of 7 finance classics to Turkish. He has been realizing the country’s first and only investment and pension funds ratings since the year 2000.

Mr. Perşembe was born on 1960 and has two children.

Abbas YÜKSEL (Board Member)

Abbas Yüksel, graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Economics and Finance in 1976.

After working at the Ministry of Finance as a certified public accountant for 7 years, Mr.Yüksel joined Koç Holding and worked as the Finance Coordinator for 12 years. In this capacity, he actively carried out audits, budget controls, investment feasibility analyses, merger & aquisition and valuation analyses for Group Companies.

Mr.Yüksel is one of the founding partners of SAHA and holds a chartered accountancy licence. He has been a tutor in “independent auditor” trainings at the Istanbul Trade University for more than 10 periods, under the auspices of the Public Oversight Authority. Mr.Yüksel also has several publications on tax, tourism and financial topics.

During his career at the Ministry of Finance and Koç Holding, Mr.Yüksel has given lectures and seminars on professional and financial topics and lectured at the A.S.M. Police Academy on basic concepts and principles of law as a staff member.

Mr.Yüksel is a member of the Public Affairs Graduates Association, the Public Affairs Graduates Foundation, the Ministry of Finance Public Accountants Foundation, Koç-Yönder association as well as taking part in several other civil society organizations.
Mr.Yüksel was born in 1955. He is married and has two children.

Dr. Seyit Mehmet İNHAN (Board Member)

Mr. Inhan received a BSc degree at Boğaziçi University Electrical & Electronics Enginering in 1980, an MA degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1984 and a PhD degree from the Vienna University of Technology, Planning and Mathematical Economics department in 1990.

He returned home after working for two years at OPEC Fund for Development in Vienna and served as Director of Investments at the STFA Holding Planning Department. Mr. İnhan developed his career in a variety of industries like industrial automation, IT, internet, e-commerce, corporate training and consultancy in which he managed leading innovative companies as CEO.

Mr. Inhan served as part-time lecturer at Bogaziçi University Economics Department throughout 1991 – 2012. Mr. İnhan is a member of the Board of Directors of SAHA and holder of corporate governance rating and credit rating licenses. He is married and father of three.

Mehmet Metin TOSUN (Board Member)

After graduating from Robert College in 1976, Mr. Tosun received a BSc degree from Boğaziçi University School of Business in 1981. He continued his professional career at Arthur Andersen, provided auditing services to banks and financial institutions, and served as CFO at companies Gima and Electroworld. He is the member of SAHA A.Ş. Board of Directors since 2014. Mr. Tosun is the holder of corporate governance rating and credit rating licenses. He was born on 1957 and is a father of one.

Ali Erkut İPEK (Board Member)

After graduating form the Bosphorus University Economics Department, Mr. İpek started his career as assistant specialist at Arthur Andersen & Co. London office during 1973-75. He then joined the Arthur Andersen Istanbul office where he worked for the next ten years during 1975-85 as specialist and later as manager.

Between 1985-90 Mr.İpek worked as assistant general manager responsible for funds management at the International Bank for Industry and Trade in İstanbul after which he joined the Istanbul Stock Exchange as vice president responsible for the establishment and developent of the bond market and information infrastructure.

During 1995-2020, Mr. İpek worked as an independent management consultant for various companies. Since 2020, Mr. İpek is Board Member of SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş., responsible for the Quality Assurance System.

Ahmet Küşat YAZICIOĞLU (Board Member)

Mr.Yazıcıoğlu graduated from the Ankara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Management in 1974. After an internship at Price Waterhouse Coopers Zurich Office and completion of his military duties Mr.Yazıcıoğlu joined Arthur Andersen Istanbul Office in 1978 and worked there until 1990 as Audit Manager.

Mr.Yazıcıoğlu worked as Department Manager at the Turkish Development Bank during 1990-92, after which he joined the Turkish Prime Ministry Public Participation/Privatization Administration as Specialist and Department Manager for 25 years during 1992-2017.

Corrently Mr.Küşat Yazıcıoğlu, is Board Member of SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş., responsible for the Quality Assurance System since 2020.
